We heard your feedback. This year's broom features a knob-secured convergence point where the bristles meet the handle, preventing the bristles from loosening or falling apart. Upon arrival, simply fluff and shape the bristles by hand ¡ª no need to cut off fixed rings ¡ª and the broom holds its full, witchy shape.
Q: Will the broom bristles shed or fall apart?
A: We've completely redesigned the broom this year. The connection point where the bristles meet the handle now features a knob-secured design, so bristles stay firmly in place. No cutting off plastic rings, no shedding. Upon arrival, simply fluff and shape the bristles by hand for the best look.
Q: Does the dress light up on both the front and back?
A: The LED light strings are designed to illuminate the front of the dress. If you prefer the back to glow instead, the light strip is removable and can be repositioned ¡ª however, it can only light one side at a time. The battery pack and wiring work for either placement.
Q: Why are the lights not turning on or looking dim?
A: Follow these steps:
Ensure 2 AA 1.5V batteries are installed correctly (batteries not included).
Slide the switch to the ON position.
If the lights are dim, replace all batteries with fresh ones. Do not mix old and new batteries ¡ª replace the full set at once.
Check that the light string connector is securely attached to the battery box.
